Thought of the Day 2010 #104 - Fashion Forward

Whine time. Why does embellishment on a top or dress hem stop at the
side seam? It's espescially funky when the embellishment(embroidery or
ribbon work, etc) is particularly wide in front. The opposite of a
mullet -- party in the front and all business in the back. I'm sure it's
a matter of manufacturer money savings, but in all seriousness, it looks
cheap.
