The Heathers

Riddle me this...why are heathered knits so often poly-cotton? Not
always, of course, but just often enough to be annoying. My personal
anti-poly-cotton knit theory is that clothing manufacturers KNOW that
the frickadellic fabric WILL pill, but they figure on a heathered
fabric no one will notice. Thoughts?
